These days the words ‘luxury’ and ‘quality’ tend to get overused and it can be very hard for home buyers to really cut through the noise and understand what key features they should be looking out for.
Our design team have sat down and put together our top 4 design principals that make our Park Cove Villas a luxury and quality product. We hope this will help you understand what features you should be looking for and how to select your dream.
- Internal Layout and functionality
It’s important that when you walk through your home, it feels comfortable and free flowing. There are a number of key features that we have incorporated into the Park Cove Villas to achieve this including higher than average 2.7m ceilings, a second living area, larger than average master bedroom and a covered outdoor living area allowing a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience.
It’s the small touches that make the big difference! The Park Cove Villas feature stone benchtops in the kitchen together with soft close drawers. The ensuite features double basins with plenty of space and large format tiles. Of course, we’ve included ducted air-conditioning, stainless steel appliances and quality fixtures throughout.
- Position & Aspect
It’s very important that you understand how the position of your home can affect the liveability. The Villa Precinct was positioned within the Park Cove masterplan so that THE majority of the Villas faced North or South, ensuring residents avoided that hot Queensland heat in the afternoon. The apartments have been designed to maximise cross flow ventilation so that you don’t have to spend money of excessive air-conditioning bills.
- Totally Connected in more ways than 1
Connectivity has been a top priority in the design of the Park Cove Villas. Connectivity extends to the connection between Park Cove itself and the local parks, Hope Island Marketplace, transport options and Brisbane and Surfers Paradise. Connectivity is also reflected in the ease of access into the Villa Precinct once you arrive at Park Cove. Residents can access the precinct from multiple entry points via a secured access gate, this avoids annoying bottle-necks when you’re trying to leave or arrive home. Finally, with the introduction of NBN together with the Smart Home Technology within each of our villas, residents have easy connection to their home remotely via the Smart Home Switch and Scene Selection.
